Dar es Salaam, Tanzania | By Michael Wandati | Ugandan socialite, musician and businesswoman, currently based in South Africa, Zari Hassan popularly known as ‘The Boss Lady’, refuses to be called old even at the age of 38 years.
According to Zari, she is still quite young and if anything; she plans on having twins with her new man, “King Bae” who she is set to marry soon.
Judging from the videos taken during her recent visit to Tanzania it’s only fair to say that age is catching up with the mother of five.
Unlike the usual Instagram and Snapchat videos we are used to, this time around the footage was raw and unfiltered- showing the real Zari Hassan.
Blame it on the wigs
By now it’s evident that’s Zari has come across the criticism left by fans on Instagram complains about her fake lifestyle.
However as usual, Zari Hassan had an excuse for appearing older in the recent videos. According to Zari, she is totally different when rocking her natural hair – yet she can’t stay away from wigs. She wrote saying;
“Natural hair is where you’ll find the real me, wigs is more of another personality. Yet I cant stay away from wigs🤷♀️. What do women want 🤔🙄.”
The 38-year-old socialite, broke up with Tanzanian crooner Diamond Platnumz in February last year over infidelity issues.
She had dated the singer for four years and together they were blessed with two children Princess Tiffah and Prince Nillan.
Diamond says the reason he couldn’t stay with the mother of his two kids is because she is way mature and old than him. Speaking to Tanzania’s tabloid magazine recently, Diamond said;
“…sometimes we make decisions which are smart… I have learnt from my past mistakes and I thank God for it. I have been in relationships that have taught me a thing or two. Dating a babe who is way much older than me was the worst mistake ever and I can never do it… honestly, its suicide to fall for a woman who is almost making 40 years…”
Zari’s age has for a long time been the subject of discussion among her followers with factions claiming she is ‘too old’ and dating young men.
